Thrivin is led by me, Chris Miran—executive coach, and culture architect.

I’ve spent two decades working with senior leaders and teams to redesign how work feels—so it fuels clarity, trust, and performance that lasts.

My background spans executive roles in complex, high-growth environments—from Medibank’s national work redesign to cultural transformation in education, finance, and tech. But the work has always been the same: helping people shift towards more human work practices that enable sustainable performance and flow.
